Tech Service 2 U is a full service, mobile IT company. An idea envisioned by two young local Sacramento entrepreneurs. Like any successful company, they started to outgrow their existing phone system quite fast. That's where Baytech Networks comes into the picture.

The Challenge

Tech Service 2 U faced a very common challenge. They need a new, more functional and stable phone system at a competitive price. The installation had to take place in such a way that will minimize any interruption of customer calls. Furthermore, Tech Service 2 U was in the middle of a voice and data carrier transition.

The Solution

Baytech Networks coordinated with Integra Telecom (the new voice and data carrier) to appropriately configure the new Allworx 6x phone system to the carrier’s specifications. All the proper DIDs and ring groups had to be strategically configured so the new phone system transition was relatively transparent to the agents.
